
Rene “Andee”
Physiotherapist Resident
Rene, commonly known as Andee, is a licensed Physiotherapist from the Philippines with advanced training in corrective exercise and fitness coaching. He is a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association.
He completed his Physiotherapy degree in the Philippines, where he also competed as a student-athlete. His background in competitive sports has shaped his passion for human performance, injury prevention, and evidence-based rehabilitation.
Andee maintains a highly structured and disciplined approach to health and wellness, beginning each day with performance training that ranges from marathon and triathlon preparation to functional strength programming. Outside of clinical practice, he continues to expand his knowledge by exploring current research and engaging with leading health and wellness podcasts.
As a Physiotherapist Resident, Andee is committed to patient-centered care and is driven by the purpose of helping individuals restore function, improve performance, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Over the next five years, he aims to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and accomplish multiple Ironman 70.3 finishes.
